NANDO/ INITIAL MINDMAP

After researching into the background of the Nando brand both me and tom began to mind map various words and ideas on a a2 sheet. We approached this sheet firstly with random words related to Nando such as PASSION, ENERGY,RELAXED and many more. Using the technique from the monday workshop we tried to associate as many things to these particular words. Below i will show a few examples from our sheet.

Hopefully by using this method we can produce a viral campaign that will be out of box and hit the sweet spot. In addition whilst mapping words down i focused on topics such as history, culture and origin. Looking back at the history of Nando and its roots we also noted down some important features in the design such as COLOUR, CULTURE, PEOPLE , LANGUAGE , VISUAL LOOK and importantly the link back to SOUTH AFRICA. At this current moment im confident that the variety of these words will prompt a idea that is unique and special to the brief. On my next post i intend to list a range of ideas prompted from the sheet.
